- 1 bottle of Belvoir Elderflower + Rose Lemonade, chilled
- ½ bottle of Sparkling Wine, chilled
- ½ watermelon, cut into 1-in slices
- 1 pt blueberries
*If available, add a dash of St‑Germain elderflower liqueur for an apéritif with more robust flavor
Using a star cookie cutter, cut stars from watermelon slice. Chill until ready to use. (NOTE: The watermelon stars make great 'ice cubes' to keep your spritzers chilled. If desired, place stars on baking sheet and freeze for a minimum of two hours before serving.)
To serve, pour lemonade and sparkling wine into a pitcher with half of the watermelon stars and half of the blueberries. Divide remaining watermelon stars and blueberries among glasses with ice and pour spritzer over top.
Tip: You can easily increase the number of servings, just keep a 2:1 ratio of Rose + Elderflower Lemonade to Sparkling Wine, and have extra fruit on hand to add a lovely touch of sweetness to each glass. Cheers!
