Ingredients
- 1 lb De Cecco Spaghetti
- Kosher salt
- 1 jar (24 oz) Mutti Marinara Pasta Sauce
- 1 bag Kidfresh Chicken Meatballs
- 1 jar Bono Italian Pitted Olive Mix
- Veroni sliced Provolone cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat pasta sauce in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Place meatballs in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake for 9 minutes, then remove from oven.
While meatballs are baking, cut sliced provolone cheese into smaller circles to make the “white” of the eyeball. Slice olives into round slices, 1/8-1/4 inch thick.
Place a circle of cheese on each baked meatball, then top each meatball with an olive slice. Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is just melted.
To serve, place spaghetti on a large platter, top with heated spaghetti sauce and cooked meatballs. Serve immediately.
