
Ingredients
- 1 slice The Fresh Market bread
- 1 sumo, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp EVOO
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp crushed nuts (pistachio or pecan?)
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Begin by toasting bread and smothering with a generous spread of ricotta cheese.
Top with sumo slices and dress with EVOO, honey, and crushed nuts.
Finish with a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste.
