
Ingredients
- 1 sumo, zested, peeled and broken into wedges
- 1 c semi sweet chocolate chips or The Fresh Market chocolate, melted
- Maldon salt
- Something fun like candied ginger, ground cardamom or cayenne pepper
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small, heat safe bowl, melt the chocolate.
One at a time, dip Sumo wedges into warm, melted chocolate until half way covered.
Gently rest on the parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with Maldon salt, zest and a pinch of your favorite flavor like candied ginger, cardamom or cayenne pepper.
Chill 45 minutes or until chocolate has completely set. Place in an air tight container and chill until ready to enjoy, up to 2 days.
