
Ingredients
- 8 oz herbed goat cheese, softened
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese, softened
- ½ c sundried tomato pesto
- 1 baguette, sliced into rounds and lightly toasted
- 1 pkg fresh basil leaves, sliced into ribbons
- ¼ c pine nuts, toasted
- extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese and pesto. Stir vigorously until smooth. Assemble by spreading cheese mixture on toasted baguette slices. Arrange on a serving platter and top with basil, pine nuts and a light drizzle of olive oil.
