Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • 1 lemon

Directions

Pour pineapple juice, lemon juice, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin or vodka, if desired. Shake vigorously for 1 minute.

Strain the contents of the shaker into a tall cocktail or coupe glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy!
