Turkey Panini

Ingredients

  • ¼ c. cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • ¼ c. baby spinach
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz. cooked turkey, sliced
  • ¼ lb. Havarti cheese
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter

Directions

Mix together cranberry sauce and mayonnaise until well blended. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. On two slices, layer spinach, onion, turkey and cheese. Top with remaining bread slices.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches, turning once until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
