
Ingredients
Blushing Cherry Float
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream ( Van Leeuwen or Graeter’s)
- 1 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice (Stonewall Kitchen Merry Maraschino), plus Cherries for garnish
- 6 oz Lemon Lime Soda (Olipop)
- Vanilla Whipped Cream or cold foam
Flirty Cherry Fizz
- 1 c ice
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 tbsp Grenadine (Fever Tree)
- 6 oz Ginger Beer (Reed’s or Q)
- ¼ c Maraschino Cherries, plus more skewered on a cocktail pick for garnish (Luxardo, Filthy Black Cherry, or Amarena Fabbri)
- Fresh Mint
Directions
Blushing Cherry Float
Place ice cream in a tall glass.
Drizzle maraschino cherry juice over the top of the vanilla ice cream.
Add Lemon Lime soda.
Garnish with whipped cream and a whole maraschino cherry (or three)
Serve with a straw.
Flirty Cherry Fizz
Combine ice, vodka, grenadine, ginger beer and ¼ cup Maraschino Cherries in a high powered blender and blend on high until the consistency is smooth and slushy.
Serve in a wide rimmed glass and garnish with an additional cherries and sprig of mint.
Serve immediately.
