- 1 ½ tbsp. The Fresh Market Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 c. baby tomatoes
- 1 carton (16 oz.) Pacific Foods Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
- 1 lb. vegan rigatoni noodles, cooked
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. oregano, minced
- 1 c. The Fresh Market Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and tomatoes; simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup; continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes. In an oven-safe casserole dish, combine cooked pasta and tomato soup and sprinkle with herbs and The Fresh Market Bread Crumbs (reserving half of the fresh basil). Bake 15-20 minutes or until slightly crisp on top. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
