
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 oz sweet vermouth, preferably Spanish
- 4 oz chilled club soda
- Pitted Castelvetrano olives and orange wedges for serving
Directions
Fill a Collins or like glass with ice. Top with vermouth and club soda; stir gently to combine. Garnish with cocktail pick containing 1 to 2 olives and an orange wedge.
