- 1 small seedless watermelon, rind removed and cut into cubes
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled, plus more if desired
- ⅓ c fresh mint, chopped
- The Fresh Market Balsamic Glaze
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Arrange watermelon and onion on a large platter. Scatter feta and mint overtop and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
