Yuzu Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 3 parts Tito’s vodka
  • 1 part Cointreau or orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon of Yuzu marmalade
  • 1 lemon peel for garnish

Directions

Chill your glassware ahead of time (have some class). Place ice into shaker and add the vodka, Cointreau, and yuzu marmalade. Place pint glass or lid over shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour/Strain into Coupe glass without ice and garnish with lemon peel (some sliced of yuzu will end up in the martini and that’s OK)

This drink brings the hip and trendy citrusy pop of Yuzu to the classic vodka martini. The orange liqueur helps expand the floral notes and balance the tart pop for a bright and crisp cocktail.
