Please note, when our team deactivates your TFM Rewards!℠ ID, you will lose all your rewards.
If you decide later to sign up again for TFM Rewards!℠, this will be a new account. You will not be able to access any previous rewards or information from your deactivated account.
Login to your TFM Rewards!℠ account at www.thefreshmarket.com/login. From your TFM Rewards!℠ dashboard, click the drop down in the upper right-hand corner under your name. From there, select “Profile Information”, and your profile details are available for you to edit. Please note, if you need to update your birthday, you will need to contact our Guest Care team.
You may adjust your communication preferences, as well as the frequency of the emails you receive, in your Notification Settings in the TFM Rewards!℠ Account Profile.
Set up at registration, your TFM Rewards!℠ ID can be your phone number, or you can choose any 10-digit number that you can easily remember. To use your TFM Rewards!℠ ID, input the number at checkout to ensure you receive your rewards and Member offers or scan the barcode in your TFM App!
Login to your TFM Rewards!℠ account at www.thefreshmarket.com/login.
From your loyalty dashboard, click the drop down in the upper right-hand corner under your name. From there, click “Profile Information”, then, “Loyalty Settings”.
Each account has its own unique TFM Rewards!℠ ID. Just like cupcakes, you don’t need to share!

Member-Only Offers
Member-Only offers are deals exclusive to our TFM Rewards!℠ Members. To receive them, simply sign up for our TFM Rewards!℠ program at www.thefreshmarket.com/register.
Nope! All you need to do is enter your TFM Rewards!℠ number or scan the barcode in your TFM App to receive a discount on that item.
Nope! Your Member-Only offers are specific to you and cannot be shared with anyone else.
Your Member-Only Offers will expire. Each Member-Only Offer has its own expiration date listed in both The Fresh Market App, as well as The Fresh Market website, within the Member Account.
Rewards
From time to time, The Fresh Market may reach out in secret to surprise and delight our TFM Rewards!℠ Members. Consider this a free gift on us!
If you would like to see all your rewards that you have redeemed, login into your TFM Rewards!℠ account at www.thefreshmarket.com/login. From your dashboard, click “Wallet”. There, you will be able to see recent reward history!
You can redeem two rewards at the same time if they are different types of rewards. For example, if you have a Floral Club reward along with a $5 Bakery or Floral Reward, you can redeem both. However, if you earn more than one reward for a Club, prior to redeeming the first reward, you will not be able to redeem both rewards at the same time. Club Rewards are redeemed once at a time.
The Club Hub℠
Once you register, you will automatically be enrolled into any available Club Hub Programs. No additional clicks needed!
Each Club Hub goal will have its own validity period. Please check the Club Hub in your TFM Rewards!℠ account for current expiration dates.
Log in to The Fresh Market App and access the Club Hub section to see your progress, or…
Log in to your TFM Rewards!℠ account at www.thefreshmarket.com/login. From the dashboard, click The Club Hub. There you will see how close you are to achieving that reward.
Once you reach The Club Hub goal, you will receive a reward through an email notification!
After completing each Club Hub goal, your next Club Hub goal will restart until the Club Reward limit is met.
Generally, you can earn the reward associated with each Club Hub two times. Please note, some Club Hubs may have different reward limits.
Once you have earned a Club reward, you will receive an email notification, and the reward will be available in your account ready to claim to activate your reward.
You can qualify for multiple Rewards at one time (i.e., Spent $150 on Artisan Cheese in one purchase and qualified for two Artisan Cheese Club Rewards), but will only be allowed to redeem one Reward at a time. If you achieve more than one of the same Rewards, your Member account will only display one at a time. Once you have clipped the Reward to your Wallet and redeemed that Reward, the subsequent will appear in your Rewards tab and be available for clipping to your Wallet.
Each Club reward will have its own validity period. Please check the reward terms and conditions in your TFM Rewards!℠ account for current expiration dates.
Birthday Reward
If you provided your birth month and day of birth while registering for TFM Rewards!℠, you will receive an email at the beginning of your birthday month with the Birthday Reward. The reward will be automatically applied on your next in-store visit.
If it is still your birthday month, let’s celebrate! If not, we will celebrate with you next year!
That’s totally up to you! It’s not required to access the other benefits of the TFM Rewards!℠ program.

If you attempt to log in to your account and lock yourself out, please select “Forgot Password” and enter your email. If the email you entered is associated with an account, you will receive an email with a password reset link. The link will expire in 5 days.
My Receipt

Please have your purchase information readily available with store information, date of purchase and the last 4 digits of your payment card, if applicable. You may also provide the transaction number on the receipt. It appears just under the payment type and is on one line. Here is an example of what you will see: 06/03/25 02:05pm 192 3 64 10085165.

Team Member Purchases
Once you complete the Team Member registration (refer to the Team Member Registration Job Aid), you should continue to swipe your discount badge at checkout to participate in the TFM Rewards!℠ program. You may also scan the barcode in your TFM App. DO NOT enter your phone number on the pin-pad.
