Seasonings and spices are another hot category. Our custom-made seasoning blends add zing and a whole new flavor dimension to your meals. Some of our favorites include Chili Coffee Rub, Korean Ginger Sesame, Nashville Hot Chicken and Citrus Mojo.
Inspired Vegan offers a line of egg-free, vegan-style mayonnaise, and The Fresh Market is the only national retailer where you can find them. Do Anything Foods’ line of veggie-packed sauces—available in Cauliflower Alfredo, Butternut Squash and Kale Pesto—are perfect over zoodles, pasta or your favorite roasted vegetables.

Avocados give them the perfect creamy texture, and they’re lower in sugar and vegan-friendly.

Antioxidant-rich root vegetables like ginger and turmeric are culinary superheroes when it comes to fighting inflammation and boosting immunity. They’re also versatile enough to add warm, earthy, robust flavor to a variety of dishes and drinks.
How to use them: Remove the skin, then grate or chop finely before using them in your recipes. Add to stir fry dishes or curries; blend into juices, smoothies, marinades and dressings (like our Miso Carrot Dressing!) or steep in tonics and teas.
New Organic Fijian Turmeric Turmeric has been used in healing practices for thousands of years. Sustainably grown in the Fijian rainforest, ours contains more curcumin than traditional varieties—a strong antioxidant boasting anti-inflammatory properties. It also has a more intense flavor, color and longer shelf life.
Ginger Like turmeric, ginger has long been celebrated for its health benefits. Our ginger is an anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting workhorse loaded with antioxidants. It’s also excellent in aiding digestion.
PRO TIP: Leave the peeler for potatoes. The skin on these roots is delicate enough to scrape off with a spoon.
