1 bag The Fresh Market Cold Brew Coffee (Ground Bag) Milk (optional)

In a large jar or other nonreactive container, combine 1 part The Fresh Market Cold Brew ground coffee and 4 parts cold water (e.g. 1 cup ground coffee and 4 cups water). Cover and let stand at room temperature for 18 hours.

Line a strainer with cheesecloth or a large coffee filter and strain the coffee mixture through the strainer. Once strained, pour the cold brew concentrate to an airtight container and refrigerate until chilled.

To serve: dilute the cold brew concentrate with a 2:1 ratio of concentrate to water or milk (e.g. 1 cup concentrate to ½ cup water or milk). Serve over ice.

1 c The Fresh Market Café Clementine (Ground Bag), brewed 1 ea Luxardo Cherry 1 tsp Turbinado Sugar 6-7 shakes Hella Orange Bitters Garnish Orange Peel Splash Half and Half (optional)

Place 1 Luxardo Cherry into a glass with and add Hell Orange Bitters and Turbinado sugar. Muddle the ingredients together before adding The Fresh Market Café Clementine Coffee. Stir to combine the sugar and coffee. Finish with a garnish of orange peel or a splash of Half and Half (optional).

¾ c TFM Cold Brew (Ground Bag), brewed ½ c Elmhurst Pistachio Barista Milk, 1 tbsp Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup 1 tbsp TFM Pistachio Cream

Pour hot TFM Cold Brew coffee into a heat safe glass and add Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup and TFM Pistachio Cream. Stir well to melt and incorporate the cream before adding and stirring in Elmhurst Pistachio Barista Milk.

Chef Notes: The oil in the pistachio cream separates and floats to the surface like MCT oil in coffee, it helps give this an extra nutty forward profile as well as a rich pistachio aroma.
