Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from meatloaf pan and place pan onto a baking sheet. Bake uncovered, 50 minutes to an hour for meatloaf (internal temperature 160°F) or 45-50 minutes for turkey meatloaf (internal temperature 165°F). Let meatloaf rest 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.

If using Impossible Meatballs, prepare according to package instructions.

Whipped Potatoes or Mac and Cheese:

OVEN: Remove potatoes or mac and cheese from packaging into an oven-safe container and cover with foil. When there are about 25 minutes left on the meatloaf, place the potatoes or mac and cheese in the oven with the meatloaf and bake until internal temperature is 165°F.

MICROWAVE: Remove potatoes or mac and cheese from packaging into a microwave-safe container. Cover and heat on high setting for 2.5-3 minutes, stirring halfway through, until warmed through or internal temperature is 165°F.

Broccoli Steamer Bag:

Place in microwave for 3-4 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. Check for tenderness to your preference, heat an additional 1-2 minutes if desired. Caution: Bag will be hot.

Focaccia:

Can be served at room temperature or warmed. To heat: Remove from plastic, cut into portions, wrap focaccia in foil and place in oven with meatloaf during last 10 minutes of bake time.
