For Chicken and Steak Skewers
GRILL (preferred method): Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil grates with vegetable oil* to prevent sticking. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp olive oil* on the veggie kabobs and season with salt* and pepper* to taste. Place the veggie kabobs and the chicken or steak skewers directly on the grill grates and grill, rotating a quarter turn every few minutes, 15-20 minutes for chicken and veggies and 10-15 minutes for steak.
AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp olive oil* on the veggie kabobs and season with salt* and pepper* to taste. Place the veggie kabobs and chicken or steak skewers in the air fryer and cook, 12-14 minutes for chicken and veggies and 10-12 minutes for steak, cooking in batches as necessary.
For Falafel
GRILL OR OVEN: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grates with vegetable oil* to prevent sticking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp olive oil* on the veggie kabobs and season with salt* and pepper* to taste. Place the veggie kabobs directly on the grill grates and grill, rotating a quarter-turn every few minutes, 15-20 minutes. While veggie kabobs are grilling, arrange the falafel in a single layer on a sheet pan and place in the oven. Bake for 7-8 minutes until warmed through.
AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp olive oil* on the veggie kabobs and season with salt* and pepper* to taste. Place the veggie kabobs in air fryer and cook, 12-14 minutes until vegetables are tender. Remove the veggie kabobs to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Cook the falafel in the air fryer for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
To Serve: Carefully remove meat (if using) and veggies from skewers. Serve with pita bread, hummus or tzatziki sauce, and choice of deli side.
