Our Favorite Way To Serve It Up

Our easy sheet pan chicken or pork combines your choice of protein, veggies, and a side of broccoli cranberry slaw or lemon orzo salad with pine nuts for a flavorful and easy-to-make meal. See below for step-by-step instructions to make this delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil* (3 tbsp if using chicken breast or pork tenderloin strips)
  • 1 packet Simply Organic Sheet Pan Seasoning of choice
  • Skillet Veggie Kit
  • 4 Rosemary Garlic Chicken Breasts or 1 lb chicken breast or pork tenderloin strips
  • Broccoli Cranberry Slaw or Lemon Orzo Salad With Pine Nuts

For Rosemary Garlic Chicken Breasts: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack in middle of oven. In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 packet Simply Organic Sheet Pan Seasoning of choice. Add Skillet Veggie Kit to bowl and stir with a spoon or spatula to coat veggies well. Place seasoned veggies directly onto one half of sheet pan. Place Rosemary Garlic Chicken Breasts on the other half of the sheet pan in one layer. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring veggies halfway through cooking, until veggies are tender and golden brown and chicken is cooked through to 165°F.

For Chicken Breast or Pork Tenderloin Strips: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack about 6 inches from the top. In a small bowl, mix together 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 packet Simply Organic Sheet Pan Seasoning of choice. Place Skillet Veggie Kit in a medium bowl, drizzle with half of the seasoned oil and stir with a spoon or spatula to coat well. Place seasoned veggies directly onto a sheet pan. Place sheet pan in oven and bake for 20 minutes until veggies are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.

Remove sheet pan from oven and set oven to broil. In the same medium bowl, add the chicken breast or pork tenderloin strips and drizzle with remaining seasoned oil, stirring to coat well. Push veggies to edges of sheet pan and arrange the protein in a single layer in the center of the sheet pan. Broil, turning protein halfway through, 6-8 minutes for chicken (or until internal temperature reads 165°F), 3-5 minutes for pork (or until internal temperature reads 145°F).

To Serve: Divide protein and veggies evenly onto 4 plates. Serve alongside Broccoli Cranberry Slaw or Lemon Orzo Salad.
