Ingredients

  • ¼ c Old Bay Seasoning
  • 12 oz bottle or can of beer (lager or pale ale)*, optional
  • 24 oz One-Bite Red Potatoes
  • 14 oz Polish kielbasa, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 ears corn, cut in half
  • 1 lb raw peeled & deveined shrimp
  • Lemon wedges* for serving, optional

Directions

Bring 2 quarts water, beer* (if using) and Old Bay Seasoning to a boil in a large pot or dutch oven. Once boiling, add the potatoes and kielbasa, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add the corn, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and remove from heat. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes until shrimp is opaque throughout. Serve immediately with optional lemon wedges*, sprinkling with more Old Bay Seasoning if desired.
