>> What forms of payment does The Fresh Market accept? In-store, we accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards, EBT/SNAP benefit cards, and The Fresh Market gift cards. If you’re shopping online, you’ll need to use a credit or debit card only.

>> Does The Fresh Market offer delivery or curbside pickup? We offer both Curbside Pickup and Delivery. Orders may be placed online at or through The Fresh Market App.

>> Is there a fee for curbside or delivery orders? Yes. For curbside, orders totaling $35 and up, the fee is $1.99. For orders under $35, the fee is $3.99. Fees for delivery orders are set by our delivery partner, Instacart. For information on these fees, please visit

>> What if I need a refund on a curbside or delivery order? Refunds for curbside and delivery orders are processed by Instacart. Visit for additional assistance

>> Where do I find The Fresh Market’s weekly deals? To shop our weekly deals, visit and select your local store.

>> How do I sign up for The Fresh Market emails? To sign up for our emails, just visit and fill out the form with the requested information.

>> How do I unsubscribe from The Fresh Market emails? At the bottom of each email we send, you’ll find a link to either update your email preferences or to unsubscribe. If you are a member of our Ultimate Loyalty Experience program, you must log into your account to view the Notification Settings to make your selections.

>> How do I find out what products The Fresh Market carries? Visit or download The Fresh Market app to search for specific products, scan a barcode, shop by category or place orders. (See above for links to download our app.)

>> What can I do to bring The Fresh Market to my neighborhood? Visit and complete an online Guest Care Form to submit your request. It will automatically be shared with our Real Estate and Development team.

>> Where can I find nutritional information for The Fresh Market products? You can find this information in the appropriate department in each of our stores. Or you can request it by completing an online Guest Care Form at

>> How do I request that The Fresh Market carry a particular item? Simply complete our online Guest Care Form at

>> Does The Fresh Market allow pets in stores? Only service animals are allowed in our stores.

>> Who do I speak to about a request for participation in an event or a donation to an organization? To preserve and promote the relationships our stores have within their respective communities, we ask that any non-profit organizations contact their local store’s management by phone or in person.
