Easy to prepare, our dinner deal can feed a family of four without eating your budget. Pick one up today!

__STOVETOP (preferred method):__ Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken cutlets and lower heat to medium, cooking 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 165°F. Transfer cooked cutlets to a paper towel-lined plate.

__AIR FRYER (preferred method):__ Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook chicken cutlets 10-12 minutes until cooked through, turning once during cooking.

__OVEN:__ Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken cutlets on a foil or parchment-lined sheet pan in a single layer. Bake chicken for 15-20 minutes (or internal temperature reaches 165°F.)

__To Assemble:__ Preheat oven to broil. Spread the salted butter evenly on the cut side of buns and place under broiler about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

__To Serve:__ Place chicken on bottom buns followed by tomato slices and lettuce. Top with aioli and top bun and serve immediately with fruit and deli side of choice.

- ⅓-½ cup vegetable oil*
- 4 Rosemary Garlic Breaded or Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Cutlets
- ¼ c salted butter,* softened 
- Soft golden hamburger buns
- Stonewall Kitchen Aioli of choice
- Picnic Macaroni or Picnic Potato Salad

Chicken Sandwiches LBM

PROTEIN: Rosemary Garlic Breaded or Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Cutlets (4 ct) 

CONDIMENT: Stonewall Kitchen Aioli (10.25-14 oz, choose from select varieties)

SIDE: Picnic Macaroni or Picnic Potato Salad (1 lb)

__STOVETOP:__ Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil* in a large skillet or pan over medium-high. Place burgers in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 165°F. Reduce heat to medium if burgers begin to burn. Add sliced cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking and cover pan with lid until melty. Remove the burgers to a plate to rest. If desired, toast the buns in the same pan until golden brown, about 1 minute.

__GRILL:__ Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grates with vegetable oil.* Place burgers on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until a thermometer reads 165°F. Add sliced cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking and place cover on grill until melty. Reduce heat to medium or move burgers to cooler location if they begin to burn. If desired, toast the buns on the grill until golden brown, about 1 minute.

__For the Corn__

__STOVETOP:__ Remove any husks and silks from corn cobs. Add corn to a pot and cover with water. Add 1 ½ tbsp kosher salt. Bring to a boil and then boil for 1-2 minutes until corn is just tender. Remove to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

__MICROWAVE:__ Remove any husks and silks from corn cobs. Wrap corn cobs individually with damp paper towels and place on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes, cooking an additional minute if needed.
