NOTE: Juicy winter citrus mingles with herbaceous mint, fennel, feta and crunchy pomegranate seeds for a bright, refreshing salad. We love the versatility of this recipe. Try switching up the citrus based on your preference and what looks the best. Think - blood orange, clementine or mandarins.

I grew up eating Florida fresh citrus salads, but this elevated my childhood side dish for sure! Love the addition of fennel! Thanks!
All I can say is delicious
Astringent, colorful, healthy, and great to pair with roasted meats or fish. Tossing in sliced avocado adds interest At our house, this qualifies as a winter salad.
Served a few a weeks ago and everyone liked it.
I made this recipe for thanksgiving and everyone loved it. It takes a long time to segment the citrus and get the pomegranate seeds out but it's definitely worth it.
