Horseradish Sauce

horseradish with beef tenderloin


  • 2 c sour cream
  • 4 tbsp prepared horseradish with juices
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste


In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Delicious served with beef tenderloin or standing rib roast.
