Up your cherry game with our seasonal Washington harvest.
Our cherries are grown by the Mathison family. For six generations they’ve farmed the same land where hot summer days, cool nights, nutrient-rich soils and an abundance of natural water yield juicy, sweet fruits that are unsurpassed in flavor and quality. Each one is hand-picked, chilled and shipped quickly to your store for peak freshness.
Read on for details about each variety, plus sweet and savory recipes showcasing these seasonal favorites.

1Red Cherries
Firm, juicy and full of flavor, these cherries are super versatile. Enjoy them as a healthy snack (cherries are a great source of antioxidants!) or bake them into a pie or cobbler for a sweet, summery treat.

2Skylar Rae® Cherries
High on the Brix scale (a unit of measurement used to determine sugar levels), these candy-like cherries might be the sweetest you’ll ever eat. They’re also deliciously crisp. We recommend serving them solo or adding to salads.

3Rainier Cherries
These large, golden-yellow cherries have a gorgeous red blush and delicate, sweet flavor. Their namesake is the highest mountain peak in Washington State, Mount Rainier. Like Skylar Rae® Cherries, Rainier Cherries are delicious by themselves or sliced into salad.

4Organic Dark Sweet Cherries
Dark red to mahogany in color, these crunchy, sweet gems can be enjoyed in a variety of ways! Enjoy them straight from the bag or try them juiced, baked into dessert, tossed in salads and more.
Savory Recipes >
Our cherries might be sweet, but they’re fantastic added to more savory recipes. Use them to make salsa for grilled pork chops, sauce for salmon or rich, fragrant chutney for grilled chicken.

Cherry cobbler is a quintessential summer treat. We’ve created a couple different recipes, including one that pairs luscious cherries with sweet, fluffy biscuits. We also have a five-star recipe for a stunning cherry galette. Don’t forget the vanilla ice cream!
