Asiago Cheese Dip

Asiago Cheese Dip


  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Asiago cheese, shredded and divided
  • 2 green onions, sliced and white ends removed
  • ¼ c. white mushroom, chopped
  • ¼ c. sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped


Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream and 1/2 c. Asiago cheese. Fold in onions, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour mixture into a loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers, The Fresh Market French Rounds or pita chips.
