Prosciutto, Brie, Pear & Walnut Oil Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh baguette, thinly sliced
  • ½ lb. prosciutto, thinly sliced and cut into two inch squares
  • 2 large pears, cored, quartered and cut lengthwise in thin slices
  • ½ lb. Brie cheese, cut into thin wedges
  • 3 tbsp. walnut oil

Directions

Cut baguette into thin slices. On each round of baguette, layer one piece of prosciutto, one slice of pear and one wedge of brie. Toast under a broiler or in a toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown. Remove and drizzle with walnut oil. Serve hot.
