Made with Love

Maple Pecan Sticky Buns
There’s no need to spend Christmas morning cooking in the kitchen. This recipe can be made the night before, so you can bake it in time for brunch the next day.
Treat your family (and yourself) to irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth sticky buns, fresh out of the oven. They’re warm and decadent, and just begging to be enjoyed with a mug of hot coffee. Best of all? Our easy, scratch-made dough proofs overnight while you sleep!
These pillowy, yeasted buns are baked in a gooey, pecan-studded caramel sauce made from muscovado sugar and bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup. Simply make the dough and prep the buns the night before, then pop them in the oven when you wake up (they only need about 20 minutes to bake).
Breakfast in a Flash
We have everything you need for an easy, satisfying, ready-to-eat morning meal. Use our Cold Smoked Salmon to create a flavorful dip, perfect for topping bialys. We also have new, baked-in-store Breakfast Crumbles, panettone (that makes a mean French toast) and OJ for morning mimosas.

1Bialy Rolls
These traditional Polish rolls are shaped by hand and sprinkled with our signature Everything Bagel Seasoning. Essentially a cross between bagels and English muffins, they’re perfect for sandwiches of all kinds—or topped with cream cheese and our Cold Smoked Salmon.

2Cold Smoked Salmon
Our hand-trimmed Cold Smoked Salmon is made from fresh—never frozen—salmon fillets. Each fillet is cold smoked over fruitwood to enhance its natural flavor. Enjoy this brunch favorite on its own or use in our recipe for Smoked Salmon Dip smeared on bialys.

3The Fresh Market Panettone
Our panettone is produced in Italy using the “Piedmont Region” method, where a longer leavening cycle yields superior texture, flavor and aroma. This traditional sweet bread makes a beautiful gift (and extraordinary French toast).

4The Fresh Market Fresh Squeezed OJ & Saint Hilaire Brut
Available in our Produce Department, our fresh-squeezed orange juice is delicious on its own or paired with sparkling wine. We recommend Saint Hilaire Brut—it’s a lively wine that’s fresh, crisp and dry, with aromas of pear, peach and green apple.

5Nut Breads and Pound Cakes
Of course, you can’t go wrong with our crunchy, sweet Nut Breads and Pound Cakes crafted with sour cream batter for an extra-moist texture. These lovely loaves are delicious any time of day, especially for a holiday breakfast. Serve your favorites alongside our simple-to-make honey vanilla whipped ricotta for a special seasonal treat.

6Fruit Tart
Serve your guests something that tastes as good as it looks with our luscious Fruit Tart. Made fresh in our stores, this sweet treat has an all butter shortbread crust filled with a light pastry cream. We top each tart with four different kinds of crisp, fresh fruit for a colorful medley of flavors and textures. It’s truly a feast for the senses!
Easy Brunches
Brunch should never be a stressful affair, especially during the holidays. It should always be fun, leisurely and, of course, delicious!
From strata that will feed a crowd to a decadent French toast made with panettone, we’ve crafted two mouthwatering menus to make your morning easy, cozy and memorable. Each one includes something sweet, something savory and a special beverage we think you’ll love.
Apple Delights >
Start your morning with crispy, glazed apple fritters that are easy to make and taste like a dream. Add a savory strata made with sharp cheddar cheese and black forest ham, and wash it all down with our favorite Honeycrisp cider.

Sweet & Savory
Traditional panettone makes a delicious brunch, especially dipped in (eggnog!) batter and grilled into French toast. Guests who prefer savory bites will love the Bacon and Egg Puff Pastry Tart or Slow Roasted Salmon with Herbed Everything Cream Cheese and Bagels.
